Recipe:
Yield: 9 servings

Ingredients:
2 ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup whole-wheat flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
5 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup dried cranberries

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease an 8×8” pan.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Add vanilla, applesauce and honey; mix until ingredients are moist. Fold in cranberries.
4. Press mixture into prepared pan and bake 18-22 minutes.
5. Let cool. Cut into 9 squares.
