Yield: 20 servings (1/2 cup per serving)
Ingredients:
15-ounce can corn
15-ounce can garbanzo beans
15-ounce can black beans
2 large tomatoes
¼ cup cilantro
½ cup onion
¼ cup green onion
1 green pepper
½ cup fat-free Italian dressing
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
2. Serve with whole-grain chips.
