Not Smart Snack
Yield: 1 serving
2 Tablespoon almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ banana, sliced
1. Cut up strawberries and bananas.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour into small pan and cook
over medium until eggs are set.
3. Slide the egg out with a spatula. Top with fruit and fold over to create omelet.
