2/3 cup water
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1. In a small saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce
heat. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are very
tender. Cool mixture.
2. Puree mixture using a food mill, baby food grinder, blender, or food
processor. Use within 1 day or freeze up to a month.
