Recipe:
Yield: 9 servings

Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cup Quaker oats
4 Tablespoon sliced almonds
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 8×11” pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine all wet ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
3. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Combine wet ingredients with dry.
4. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
