Recipe:
Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients:
¾ cup quinoa
1 ½ cup water
2 bananas, ripe
2 cup low-fat milk
2 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon margarine

Directions:
1. Prepare quinoa.
2. Blend milk, bananas and sugar until smooth. Add mixture to prepared quinoa.
3. Heat over medium, stirring until cream, for 5-10 minutes.
4. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
