Recipe:
Yield: 8 servings (3 tablespoons per serving)

Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon dill weed
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh vegetables to dip

Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
2. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Makes 1 ½ cups. Serve with fresh cut vegetables.
